Bachelor thesis „Evaluation of the economy of selected municipality“ is occupied with money management in Kyjov. The theoretical part defines theoretical knowledge which defines the basic terms related to the money management of municipalities in the Czech Republic. The analytical part contains a brief description of Kyjov, analysis of incomes and expenditures of the municipality. The last part contains proposals which lead to improvement in the economy.

The bachelorś thesis analyses the management of the municipality Syrovice. It contains theoretical information about the municipalities, their possession, the management of the possession and the control of the municipality's management. In the practical part the theoretical knowledge is applied to the municipality of Syrovice. The modified financial analysis of the municipality is done. The last part of the bachelor's thesis mentions suggestions of improving the financing of the municipality and its management of the possesion.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate whether the municipality should operate the swimming pool or entrust its administration to an external person. The theoretical part describes the concepts related to the municipality, the main and economic activities of the municipality and its budget. The practical part describes the village X, analyzes the village management in 2008-2017, the use of subsidies for its reconstruction, the swimming pool management and comparison with the external tenant. At the end of the bachelor thesis findings and suggested recommendations are summarized.

Analysis of the financial management of the selected municipality

This study deals with an analysis of the financial management of the town of Holín. The analysis describes the economy of this municipality from 2010 to 2014. The goal of the financial analysis is to find the potential for improvement of the municipalitys economy. The study consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The goal of the theoretical part is to define the main terms connected with the economy of an authority. These terms include public administration, municipality, municipal authorities, a property of a municipality, a budget and the costs and revenues connected with it.
The theoretical part moves straight on to the practical part, which aims to evaluate the revenue and cost components of the municipalitys economy in individual years of the given period. Using graphical displays and selected economic indicators, it carries out an analysis that results in an evaluation of the municipalitys economy and a consequent suggestion for improvement.
The conclusion of this study takes the form of a full summary of the municipalityss economy based on the analysis and an assessment judging whether the municipality has managed its finances well.

Property of the municipality of Hluk. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2016. This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of economic activities of the municipality of Hluk in the years 2010 - 2014. The aim of the work is to review the property management provided by municipal public services and propose potential improvement of the situation. The first part is comprised of the theoretical research with terms concerning characterization of the municipality, property, budget and public services; and the theoretical description of a financial analysis and methods of questioning. The practical part starts with a short familiarization with the municipality; followed by particular kinds of property in the municipality; and finally, horizontal and vertical analysis of assets and liabilities and brief analysis of the municipal budget. The final assessment of the questionnaire survey, maneuvered conversation with the mayor and other municipal representatives and drawing up SWOT analysis lead to recommendations to the town and proposals for improvement.

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of budget filling in conditions of Králův Dvůr in 2008 -- 2010. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. And finally will be described the budget and the budgetary process. In the practical part will be described Králův Dvůr in the context of historical and contemporary. The analysis focuses on revenue, expenditure and profit. It will be analyzed in detail the revenue and expenditure of budget.

Management of the property chosen village

The Czech Republic is gradually proceeding to fiscal decentralisation in order to assing the responsibility to municipal units. Proportionally to this fact, an increase in importance of municipal budgets and municipal responsibility for disposing of municipal property is expected. The core theme of this bachelor work is an analysis of the property management in municipality Hodice in the period from 2001 to 2007. On the basis of both theoretical and practical knowledge of the chosen field of property management this work deals with a question whether tax revenues of a selected municipality are also sufficient for a municipal property increase and tries to prove the interdependence between total revenues and the property level of a selected municipality.
